1. Shipping Processing Time
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. Shipping processing time may vary slightly depending on order quantity or product inventory. In case of holidays or special circumstances, there may be a slight delay, and we will notify you by email.

2. Delivery Range
We provide international shipping services and support delivery to most countries and regions. Delivery availability will be automatically displayed according to the delivery address you fill in at checkout.

3. Shipping methods and services
We cooperate with many reliable international and local logistics service providers, including but not limited to the following channels:

DHL Express – fast and stable, suitable for most international orders

UPS / FedEx – standard international express service

DPD / GLS – suitable for local delivery in some EU countries

National postal services (such as: PostNL, La Poste, Bpost, etc.)

The cost and estimated time of different delivery methods will be displayed on the checkout page for you to choose.

4. Shipping cost calculation
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address, order weight and selected delivery method, and will be clearly listed at checkout. Some countries/regions may enjoy free shipping for orders over a certain amount, please refer to the system prompt for details.

5. Delivery time description
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected logistics method. Generally:

Domestic: about 5 working days

Other international regions: about 16 working days

The above time is an estimate and does not include uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance delays and holidays.

6. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number and query link by email. You can track the delivery progress at any time through the logistics platform.

7. Unsuccessful delivery of orders
If the package is returned due to the following reasons:

Wrong or incomplete address

No one signed for it

Rejected package

The relevant secondary delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

8. Customs duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties of the destination country. Such fees are borne by the recipient. Please consult the local customs for the specific tax rate.
