Returns or Exchanges

1. Our Commitment
We are committed to providing high-quality blank wooden puzzle products and a good shopping experience. If the product you received has quality problems or transportation damage, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you solve the problem.

2. Acceptable Return Situations
You can apply for a return or refund, provided that one of the following situations occurs:

The product is damaged during transportation and relevant photos are provided as proof

Wrong product received or order is incomplete

The product has obvious quality problems

All return requests must be made within 30 days and the original packaging must be retained.

3. Non-returnable situations
The following situations do not support return or refund applications:

Returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, mistaken purchase)

The product has been used, damaged, contaminated or cannot be resold

Customized products (such as customized with customer patterns or special blocks) do not support returns or exchanges unless there are quality problems

4. Customer-related returns
If the customer applies for a return due to his own reasons (such as choosing the wrong model, changing his mind without reason), the following conditions must be met:

The product is unused, undamaged, and the packaging is intact

The customer bears the return logistics costs

The refund will be processed after we receive and check the integrity of the product

5. Return process
If you need to return the product, please follow the following process:

Contact us by email (attach the order number and problem description)

After customer service confirms, provide the return address or solution

Send the product back as required

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will arrange a refund or resend within a reasonable time

6. Refund method
The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The refund arrival time may vary slightly depending on the payment channel.
